These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use our pages, book a free in-home dog evaluation, message us, or purchase training services from RolanDogs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our pages or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

RolanDogs provides in-home dog behavior evaluations and dog training services in the Miami-Dade and Broward area. The evaluation is free and carries no obligation. Training packages, if you choose one, are discussed and agreed on in person, and payment plans may be available.

Appointments

Evaluations happen at your home. You agree to be present with your dog at the scheduled time. If you need to change or cancel, please tell us as soon as you can by replying to your confirmation message, emailing [email protected], or calling (305) 798-7309.

Messaging Terms

When you book or opt in, we may send you messages about your appointments and services you requested, such as confirmations, reminders, and replies to your questions, by Facebook or Instagram Messenger, email, or text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Your opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Results Are Not Guaranteed

Every dog is different. We work hard to help every dog and owner, and we will always be honest with you about what we see, but we cannot promise a specific result for a specific dog. Training outcomes depend on the dog, the home, and the owner's follow-through.

Your Responsibilities

• Tell us honestly about your dog's history, including any bites or aggression, so we can work safely
• Supervise your dog and maintain control of your home environment during visits
• Follow the safety guidance Rolando gives you between visits

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RolanDogs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

The content on our pages, including text, images, video, and the RolanDogs name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

If we update these Terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
